I would say, before deleting the GW2.dat, delete the "local.dat" in C:\Users[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Guild Wars 2. Doing this seems to solve most the issues and doesn't make you have to redownload the game but you do have to redo your graphic settings so before you do so, make sure you screenshot your settings :P I know that the game always resets the % to 0, but now I have 422k files. Apr 6, 2013 So I'm having a problem with Wine and the Guild Wars 2 launcher. ~1/3 of the screen, and it pings the download servers and collects files and whatnot; however, If not, does the .dat file get bigger each time you launch it?
