Trio stealth 10 will not download apps

Go to setting and app manager Go to all apps Disable google play and clear the cache then re-enable it Scroll all the way to the bottom and check download manager hasn’t been disabled, if it has enable it. My trio stealth g2 is not going pass the screen when its turned on. I tried o reset using the volume and power but nothing happens.
